Who funds the reward?
The participating business funds the referrer reward. IntroFlow's fee is separate and applies only when qualifying referred revenue is collected.
When does a reward become due?
After the relevant transaction or collected revenue has been verified and the programme conditions have been met.
What financial rewards can I offer?
A percentage of each verified transaction, or a percentage of qualifying first-year revenue from a new customer.
Who fulfils premium gifts?
IntroFlow arranges the approved gift through the IntroFlow Rewards Marketplace and confirms fulfilment to the business and referrer.
What happens after a refund or cancellation?
The reward can be adjusted, paused or reversed according to the programme rules and the revenue ultimately retained by the business.
