How this estimate is calculated

This estimate uses illustrative planning assumptions about how many invited people become active referrers, how many referrals they make, and how many of those referrals become paying customers.

  • Depending on referral activity, 20% (light), 24% (active) or 28% (promoted) of potential referrers become active referrers.
  • Each active referrer generates 1–2 referrals.
  • Referrals convert to successfully referred customers at 15–20%.
  • Rewards assume a 7% referrer reward and a 3% IntroFlow fee on qualifying collected revenue.
  • Revenue, rewards and fees shown use the midpoint of the estimated customer range.

These are illustrative planning assumptions, not IntroFlow performance benchmarks, and not a guarantee of results.

Common questions

Is this a guaranteed result?
No. The calculator applies illustrative planning assumptions. Actual results depend on your referral offer, the people you invite, and how actively you promote it.
What counts as a potential referrer?
A customer, partner, professional contact or selected creator who already knows and trusts your business. They become an active referrer once they accept your invitation and referral terms.
How are rewards and fees calculated?
The business sets the referrer reward. IntroFlow’s fee is separate and applies only when qualifying referred revenue has been collected.
How accurate is this estimate?
It’s an illustrative estimate built on planning assumptions, not IntroFlow performance data. Actual results vary by your offer, the people you invite and how actively you promote it.
Does this work for any type of business?
It works best for businesses where a referral can create meaningful revenue, whether through a booking, purchase or first-year engagement.
